This is the basic agreements, names, signatures, etc. are not included in the online form which I will either mail to you so you can bring it with you at delivery or fill out at delivery.
SELLER AGREEMENTS:
This puppy is of typical temperament and structure and embodies the basic standards of the PEMBROKE WELSH CORGI breed. This puppy litter is registered_____, is not registered_____ with the American Kennel Club (AKC). The purchase price of this puppy will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the Seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy has a life threatening congenital defect and returns the puppy to the seller within 72 hours of delivery at buyer expense.
Seller does not guarantee against communicable diseases beyond 24 hours of the buyer receiving the puppy. No veterinary or shipping cost will be reimbursed by the seller.
We will guarantee the puppy for two years from the date of birth against death caused by a genetic defect or any genetic defect that would be life threatening to the dog. The diagnosis must take place within the first two years for the claim to be valid. Accurate diagnosis of the life threatening genetic defect by a treating veterinarian, all documents and proof of the claim are to be sent to the Seller within the first two years. The Seller reserves the right to have a second opinion examination conducted at the Seller's expense should the illness not be considered life threatening or genetic by general veterinary opinion.
If the claim is for the death, all copies of patient documents from the treating veterinarian will be required. A formal autopsy must be conducted by a third party of no affiliation to the owner or the treating veterinarian and the report showing the causeof death will be required. When all documents are received and reviewed by the Sellers veterinarian within the first two years and the claim is found to be valid, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value and of the same gender, as pups are available with the buyer being responsible for all transportation costs.
If the dog being replaced has been used for breeding during the first two years of the dog's life, the claim is void. Prior to replacement of the puppy, the original AKC papers will be signed and returned to the Seller.
Seller does not guarantee against non-threatening puppy problems including but not limited to parasites, hernias, missing or misaligned teeth, infertility, or allergies.
Seller does not guarantee against avoidable disease caused by improper care or neglect by the buyer. The puppy is healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has had the immunizations provided in the health record. Vaccinatins must be kept current or the guarentee is void regarding said puppy.
Seller does not guarantee that this puppy shall win in conformation/performance events.
Seller does not guarantee the size or weight of the adult puppy.
The guarantee is void if the puppy/dog changes ownership.
No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated above.
